RADIO KATOWICE WILL HOST ONE OF THE PARTNERS OF KANCELARIA PRAWNA ROBERT JEDYNAK

On Wednesday, 16^th April 2014, Radio Katowice programme entitled “Masz prawo” (your law and your rights) will host one of the partners of Kancelaria Prawna Robert Jedynak. The meeting will be devoted to legal defences available against debt collection firms.

“Masz Prawo” is a regular advisory and educational programme discussing themes of various branches of law, its observance and application.

The journalist, Józef Wycisk, invites both practising lawyers, academics of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Silesian University, as well as representatives of administrative bodies and of the judiciary.

Weekly, during each programme, an expert answers questions listeners ask by telephoning the radio. This week, Robert Jedynak, expert from our law firm, will be answering questions on legal defence measures available against debt collection firms.

Most interesting fragments of the consultations will be presented to listeners in the next edition of the “Masz Prawo” programme.
