CURRENT CSO INDICATORS

The Central Statistical Office (CSO) reports that in January 2014, the gross average pay in the sector of undertakings was PLN 3,805.28 or 3.4 percent higher compared with January 2013. Its purchasing power increased compared with January 2013 by 2.7 percent.  

At the same time, the gross average monthly pay in the national economy in 2013 was PLN 3,650.06 or 3.4 percent higher than in 2012.

The Central Statistical Office also reports that the gross average monthly retirement and disability pensions in January 2014 were PLN 1,944.21 or 4.8 percent higher than in January 2013. Their purchasing power increased by 4.1 percent.
